Wall Street Journal, May 6, 2008 page A22 Outlook section

Senator Clinton should have consulted the US-China Business Council apropos of US exports to China. Trade creates new opportunities too. Rather than ratcheting up the anti-trade and anti-China rhetoric, the Presidential candidates would do better focusing on helping Americans seize opportunities of trade. My comment: Law of Comparative Advantage must be understood. Moreover,Treasury Secretary Paulson,Jr. is fully aware of the benefits to be derived by closer economic relations with China in terms of Sino-American savvy economics.

Page D1: Art Sales Boom: 120 million for Mao's Head as published by the photo of Chairman Mao in WSJ. My comment: Wealthy collectors are interested in China with the vested interest for such significant amount for art sales with motif of China. I believe Beijing Olympics 2008 makes China to be the focus of the world and folks all over the world would like to have a share in such epoch-making sports event in the 21st century.
