The Science of Longevity: Human Capital of Health

How to live to be centenarians:

1. Diet: Eat fish and veggie preferably Chinese cuisine.

2. Exercise: Walking and stretching the body back and forth,upward and downward as you like it your way.

3. Do the squats. In Pin Yin,it would be "Dun Zuo" I learned such way when I was studying at Hautes Etudes near Beijing in 1939-42.

4. Genetic: In my genes. My uncle lived to his age of 99 short of 100 in Shanghai.

5. Alive and well with wisdom of positive scenario.

6. Optimistic viewpoint.

7. Be spiritual.

8. Be satisfied regardless of the situations.

9. Be happy and go lucky as our daily mantra song.

10. "Xie xie Lao Tian Ye" that we are in this mundane world to see the beauty of everything with proper epistomology and cosmology plus ontology.
