With China, IEA, currently made up largely of the world's richest nations could become less relevant in the 21st century. Inviting China and to rewrite the Charter of IEA for China to join as a developing but important nation.
Mr. Sullivan said:" IEA collective energy response system would enhance US-Chinese global security."
Page A15: China tries to help its homeless afer earthquake. My comment: US tried to help homeless after Katrina in New Orleans and tries to help the homeless without quakes. That is the common goal of both nations!
