Nostalgia visiting Japan and Korea in 1984 et al.

I visited Tokyo and Osaka, Japan and Seoul,Jizhou,Korea in 1984 as the guest of Professor Hanshil Koh of Tokyo University. He is the author of "How American Laws are Made" in Japanese and Korean languages. Presidents Nixon and Ford commended him for such significant scholarly contributions benefiting Japanese and Koreans in their native languages if they are not familiar with the English yet. Moreover, folks in America can learn Japanese and Korean languages apropos of Ammerican Law.

President Hu is now visiting Japan and I envisioned closer cooperation and collaboration between Japan and China in economics of trade and other scientific exchanges decades ago. Since Japan is rated next to the United States in economic clout, the upcoming economic relationship of Japan and China should be of great interest for the United States. If the new President of the United States (after January 20, 2009 )does have astute vision of globalization, future cooperation and collaboration between the the largest developed nation such as USA and the largest developing nation i.e. China would also benefit peoples of two nations in the 21st century and beyond.
In recollection,I was interviewed by "Kuai Bao" in Hong Kong when I was a Fulbright Senior Scholar,I had positive scenario about trade relations of Japan and China as published by such paper in April 5, 1990. Wen Wei Bao in Hong Kong also published my optimistic outlook of China in terms of trade between US and China.

Washington Post,June 27, 1990 published the American CEOs blamed their employees' lack of skills and commitment for a decline in quality of goods and services according to a Gallup survey. For the same issue, Cf.a book entitled "Keys for Economic Understanding" (1971) www.ask.com for reference.

Allocation of Time Constraint: Published by China Youth Daily in Beijing October 20,1981. The same equation may be applied to the youth in the United States. To wit:

Daily Function= Work + Study + Leisure over time constraint. It is up to the individual to allocate his/her time resource judiciouly for his/her action on daily basis. In other words, the individual is the decision-maker for his/her own time for activities. It is the awareness of such allocation of time resulting folks' success or failure in their lifetime.
