Common Causes for folks in US and China

1. Exercise daily for one hour by moving. The stronger the body,the longer our lives. Walking is the best way to be centenarians.
2. Diet and watch our carb intake. Chinese dishes include veggie plus steamed fish for good health.
3. Brush and floss our teeth in our mouth.
4. Vitamin D helps our immune system.
5. Avoid smoking and drinking except fresh air and water.
6. Keep our clear head with positive scenarios.
7. Leaving pesky things behind and have peace of mind with equanimity.
8. Be diligent and keep an active mind.
9. Money and wealth are transient and ephemeral in the mundane world.
10. Success in economic achievement requires contribution in economic activities to be beneficial to private interest plus public wellbeing.
