Human wants versus human needs as the issue

The mainstream economics is focused on human wants rather than human needs. In 1973,Schumacher published "Small is Beautiful" with great success. Another relevant work is Strumpei, edited "Economic Means for Human Needs," published in 1976.
"Work and Study Cycle Theory" was published in 1978 stressing lifelong learning for all folks with a vision to witness such theory to be validated and implemented in the 21st century. www.Amazon.com for reference.

Behavioral economics for humanity has been in evidence nowadays for Sino-American economics apropos of more meaningful lives for people. Moreover, labor should be significant for making a decent living through education and training as human capital in economics.

Francis Shieh aka Xie Shihao to reiterate the major issues in Sino-American Economics.
