GM,which as two joint ventures in China, plans to import cars from there starting in 2011,according to a GM plan circulating in Congress. In the US,auto sales fell 34% last month. The Photo has CHEVROLET with Chinese characters of "Xue Fo Lan" in phonetic equivalents of the meanings of "Snow,Buddha,Orchid." Incongruous i.e. "bu xie tiao de" in Pin Yin but interesting i.e. "you xing qu de" in transliteration(changing English into corresponding Chinese words with phonetic eqivalents i.e."yin yi".
