Instead of eating the acid producer Pasta,eat potatoes for better nutrition.

Instead of drinking soda, drink fruit juice for health.

Instead of munching peanuts,have raisins for better taste.

To keep our bones stronger,eat fish and shrimp instead of taking Vitamin D.
