Prof. Joel Waldfogel at the Wharton School,University of Penna. shall publish his book,"The Tyranny of the Market: Why you can't always get what you want" Such book will be published by Harvard University Press in October. I believe this book serves as a sequel of the reference I cited for market imperfections such as the high cost of oil and high interest rates for consumers on credit.
