Oil takes center stage in US-China talks:WashPost 6/18/08

Washington Post,June 18, 2008 page D5: Colin Bradford, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution said: "We have been asking the Chinese to adopt our policies in terms of exchange rates, financial deregulation and everything else to follow our model rather than selectively deciding what fits our mutual interests and pursuing that. My feeling is there is an enormous need to restart the dialogue with China in a new administration. My comment: I do agree with such statement as a blogger at www.Blogger.com re Sino-American relations. June 18, 2008
