Institute to promote US-China relations:Yahoo news-July 29,o8

Henry Kissinger has established an institute to promote closer US-China relations. Cf. Yahoo News Story,July 29, 2008. That is my rationale for many decades. Kissinger was a Consultant and I was a member of the research staff, Dept.of Economics at the RAND Corporation,1964-65.
