HAIER Group, China's Refrigerator Maker in Camden, South Carolina, USA: The American manager said:" Economic downturn has hurt business but we plan to launch a cheap model of convertible fridge to compete with a similar Whirlpool model but 40% cheaper." I have reason to believe that such inexpensive model would attract American consumers who would save money during the time of economic road to the south. However,it is made in America by American workers in South Carolina. Food for thought, indeed!

Bank of America holds a big portion of the nation's deposits. Such monstrous behemoth will survive the upheaval and emerge stronger to serve customers in the 21st century.

Citigroup has protection for investors as the world's largest investment institution known to all clients. These two large financial institutions serve the banking and investments in America...and the world for fulfilling the businesses of globalization.
