"yi xiao yi shao" would mean to have laughter to be able to stay young.
"yi xiao zhi zhi" i.e. laugh it off when encountering a nasty situation.
"Xin kuang shen yi" is the Chinese expression for relaxing and be carefree for good health in Pin Yin system of romanization.
