Look at China whose economic success was not achieved by accident, but through national policies promoting targeted economic growth.

A smaller but resource rich region,Jilin Province in NE China, the government is pursuing a comprehensive plan to create 10,000 mostly small and medium size firms each year through 2009, hoping to create 100,000 new jobs. The rationale is that China's smaller businesses drive economic growth, employing about 75% of all urban employees, holding about 60% of all invention patents and accounting for about 80% of new products.

Small and medium firms do need para-professionals,training and education would be needed to train employees in the days to come. In this regard,"Keys for Economic Understanding" is hereby dedicated for such businesses.
