Peace and tranquility from intellectual equanimity

The global financial market is in turmoil but we do have faith,hope and charity in a much healthier way to resist such downward trend with our confidence. My state of mind may be traced back to my schooling in China and in the USA since 1930s. I have been influenced to think about human mortality with M on our palm and reason the value of our life for a specific purpose. We do expect changes as meaningful experience. Good intentions are better than ill will toward others. Such effort is truly worthy of note. When we change our attitude,we change our world with our intellect and holy spirit on daily basis. By looking at our paper currency, we disccover that they are papers but we have confidence in our currency. The bottom line is our own mindset if we want to live happily, we must realize that it is not material consumption only but intellectual pursuit and spiritual satisfaction plus good health. All the intangibles are true assets and we must cherish such heritage from our educational background. We salute such with great pride.
