Carlyle Group plans a new investment in China

Washington Post, September 4, 2007 on page D1,D4: A private equity firm plans to invest $20 million in privately owned World Education Group, which runs a chain of 65 schools teaching foreign languages such as English and Japanese. Such focus on education would be making better life for peoples to understand culture,a desideratum for human beings.
