Economists are students of broad learning united many disciplines such as political science in particular for political economy. The long-cherished "Theory of Work and Study" are much of economic realities in the 21st century. My intensive studies for observation of decision making was a sequel of my arrival at the University of San Francisco after earning my undergraduate degree at St. John's University in Shanghai,China and subsequently at Georgetown Graduate School with focus in Public Administration. As a lifelong student, I am inclined to be spontaneous and instinctive with creative moxie as Xie Shihao with poetic and heroic meaning in the Chinese language coupled with cheerful humor in analyzing shifting economic happenings on daily basis for fun in life as an octogenarian.
