Smile to life spirit and walking to have longevity

A growing body of research is offering tantalizing evidence that a walk might stave off Alzheimer's. There is an avalanche of neuroscience to support that exercise is good for the brain including blogging as I do everyday. Growing old may not lose our minds if we do blogs and take a constitutional(walk for health) It is never too late to be active in mind and in body with prayers and other mental actions.
