US and China signed an agreement in Beijing to improve oversight of Chinese fish farms as part of a longer deal on food and drug safety. It is up to the readers to envision the positive or negative scenarios in the days to come. I would stress the positive for mutual benefits due to imported business for American consumers. Different folks do have varied ways of thinking but the headlines would influence US-China economic relations to some readers.
