For those who don't know de Botton's books, the author of the bestselling "Architecture of Happiness" is a writer of long, elegant sentences and Anglo wit.
Happiness is not material consumption over desire only as I sent my past blogs,intellectual pursuit, spiritual satisfaction and good health must be added to the nominator over the denominor of Desire to complet the Equation(Formula) for Happiness. I gave a lecture to that effect in Shanghai in 1981 and was published by Hunan Science and Technology Press in 1990.
"Educators and policymakers have made some basic philosophical and economic errors in their thinking about the labor market.
