It is reported in the Chinese newspaper:"World Daily" that Chinese leaders are reading "The Wealth of Nations" by Adam Smith and Adam Smith was a professor of moral philosophy even though he is known to be an eminent economist.
Confucianism is inculcated in the minds and hearts of folks in China from family tradition and Chinese culture.
There is the meeting ground of the East and the West for honoring globalization in re morality and ethics in the discipline of eoonomics. Do we quantify such? Not really! Economics is not Mathematics even though we do data to find out facts with figures. But there is a lag and discrepancy,indeed. We are unable to measure the things with accuracy. I am a disciple of Professor John Kenneth Galbraith.
When American and Chinese leaders are paying attention to ethics and morality in the name of humanity for globalization,the future can be assured with holy peace and sacred wisdom.
The principles to live by:
1.Peace with love to all folks with humility.
2.Respect others as the sacred homosapiens on planet.
3.Learn much from daily happenings with enthusiasm or eager interest.
