WashPost,June 16,09,A21:The Return of Capitalism

Fareed Zakaria, editor of Newsweek wrote in the conclusion:

"American capitalism is being rebalanced, reregulated and restored. There is still a long road ahead. There will be many more bankruptcies. Banks will have to slowly earn their way out of their problems or die. Consumers will save more before they start spending again. Mountains of debt will have to be reduced."

Would American consumers save as the Chinese do? The lifestyles are different, indeed! Ethics and morality of Adam Smith, Ben Franklin to be compared with Confucius and Mencius apropos of human capital to be involved in Sino-American economics. That would mean bi-lateral divison of labor for mutual benefit as I focused in "Work and Study Cycle Theory" (1978) Cf. www.Ask.com for reference. Such issue is to be validated and implemented in the US and in China for the wellbeing of humanity re globalization.

COMICS: Washington Post, June 16, 2009 on page C9:

PICKLES: The elderly gentleman says "Flea Paddle" "Knee straddle. Bee faddle. Pea saddle. Tree waddle." The elderly lady raised a query:"Are you having a stroke?" Her husband answered:"No. I'm writing cowboy poety. What rhymes with skedaddle? "

That rings the bell for a typical Beijing expression:"di-er-le" for "running away" A Beijing native taught me such for "bye" and I like such Beijing slang very much to share with readers of Sino-American Economics of Skedaddle in a jiffy on the go all the time. (sic)That is the American culture I have noticed since 1947 to date in 2009. June 16, 2009 at 11.02 a.m.
