"Last year, China's economy ranked second in the world, behind only the United States. NOTE:Two nations should work in unison for humankind in the 21st century. Let us watch the upcoming events in the days to come.

China is providing much-needed support for a continent with such great needs for humanity. Africa is in the news.

It is the Chinese expression (see below) "Within four seas, all are brothers."(sisters as well to be added)

"Si hai zhi nei, xiongdi ye" in Pin Yin system of romanization. For Pin Yin system, consult "A Glimpse of the Chinese Language" www.rand.org for PDF format copy free of charge as public service.

John Dingell, the longest serving member of the House or Representatives as the Dean who graduated from Georgetown University, Class of 1949 while I was attending Georgetown Graduate School and worked in the Office of the Dean with fond memories. That was 6 decades ago. Time runs like an e-mail. www.house.gov/dingell for Representative Dingell's contribution to the American people including his backing health care since 1957.

Francis Shieh a.k.a. Xie Shihao,an alumnus of Georgetown Graduate School,Class of 1950 in the same class with Charles L. Schultze,Chairman of Council of Economic Advisers under President Jimmy Carter. I hope to have the memory of an elephant but not a Republican at all.

The above may not be regarded as "zhi shou hua jiao" in Pin Yin system of romanization to mean "pointing with a hand with drawing from the foot as innuendo for making unwarranted remarks for fun. Laughter begets longevity.
