Lanre Akinsiku is one of the fellows in Southern California: "China endlessly accommodating in its acceptances of US bonds, has happily subsidized the US's mountainous debt. It appears that China is growing economic power and is invested in the advantages of a stable relationship. A confrontation with China would be detrimental to this administration's cautious approach."
