On page C6: Two ladies were chatting: One raised a query:"Why is it that men just get more distinguished-looking as they are?"
Another lady responded:" My husband is a prime example. He's gotten very extinguished-looking over the years." She slipped her tongue here!
The difference between "Distinguished-looking" and "Extinguished-looking" is to be noted.
As we are aging,we have our weather-beaten countenance to be distinguished looking but not extinguished looking because we are retired but not expired! Perhaps hitting 100 would be the target if we smile or laugh with blogging on daily basis.
"Laughter begets longevity" such is not untrue by virtue of our mindset or "Xin tai" in Pin Yin system of romanization. Smile often and laugh a lot everyday.
