As the only major economy still growing strongly, and the U.S.'s largest creditor, China has emerged from the global recession with fresh confidence which has delivered stimulus projects from high-speed railwys to bridges with remarkable efficiency.

China to bid for US high-speed rail: China plans to step up exports of rail technology to Europe and Latin America in globalization of technology transfer.

President Obama issued a pledge to cooperate in developing the technology for mutual benefit in the 21st century.

Francis Shieh a.k.a. Xie Shihao as an optimist to see the bright side of US-China relations because any negative scenario would not be in the best interests of the peoples of USA and China.
