Otis Gen2 Elevator: One great story after another

Otis is the world's largest elevator company, and by a margin, moving the equivalent of the world's population every five days. China? Not likely a problem.

China's current Five Year Plan calls for reducing the energy intensity of its economy by 20%. We are collaborating with China's Ministry of Construction to make the buildings part of this happen.

It is incredible what we fit in an elevator: from equipment that regenerates power with descending loads to enabling a billion Chinese to reach new heights.
