Congressional Record,July 18, 1974:Community colleges in USA

C Span Radio Broadcast, April 16, 2008: I heard from Presidential candidate McCain stressed the role of community college to train the unemployed for new jobs re the American economy. Senator Obama and Senator Clinton mentioned the same topic as issues for US economy for workers in USA. President Bush cited the role of community colleges in the State of the Union in 2004. I was so gratified that our leaders are aware of training and retraining in the same reasoning as my article entitled "The Future of Community Colleges" published in the Congressional Record,July 18, 1974 with my own vision. Such work is quoted by Richard T. Gill of Harvard in his textbooks in 1975,1978 and 1980. Moreover,my books entitled "Keys for Economic Understanding"(1971)"Keys to Economic Understanding"(1976) elaborated the development of human capital from the grassroots in America for economic development. Furthermore,my doctoral dissertation entitled "Work and Study Cycle Theory" may be validated and implemented in USA and in China apropos of economic development via continuing education and lifelong training.
