A Daunting Agenda: The next US President will inherit a more difficult set of international challenge than any predecessor since World War II by Richard Holbrooke.
On page 9: Wang Qishan, Chinese Vice Premier in charge of trade and finance called for joint research labs for renewable energy and pollution-reducing technologies. "Stronger cooperation between USA and China in energy and the environment will enable China to respond better to energy and environmental issues and also bring about business opportunities and handsome return for American investors." "Vigorous follow-up would not only address would's most pressing problem, it would also open up a new door for cooperation in the most important bilateral relationship." Such rationale re Sino-American Economics would dovetail my past blogs to www.blogger.com.
