Longevity Rules for your kind reference

Our body and brain can last around 85 years and longer if the following rules are observed:
1. Handling stress: Shed stress easily, add 5 years i.e. to age 90 from being an octogenarian.
2. Exercising regularly: at least half an hour daily. No letdown.
3. Having good genes: A family member lives to be 90 or older. My uncle lived to be 99. add 5 years to be 95.
4. Brain boosting: Utilizing brain with cognitively challenging tasks such as words in Chinese and English languages. Add 5 more years to be a centenarian.
5. Eating right: Chinese food in the diet with lots of veggies and fruits.
