Stanford University Report for American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine:

Habits for your reference. Read 10 points/pointers with your own modifications.

1. Sleep 7 to 8 hours at night.

2. Always eat breakfast. Needless to say, other meals are needed.

3. No smoking but fresh air would be fine.

4. Exercise regularly such as walking everyday.

5. Little or no alcohol.

6. No weight gain. Eat 70% to feed the stomach.

7. Little sugary snacks.

8. Smile often.

9. Cheerful upbeat.

10.Keep busy all the time.

Laughter generates longevity. Be optimistic. Take things easy. Everything is going to be Alright. Honeychild. Be child-like with innocence.

Hehehahahoho all the way and think positively. Life is an exciting journey as a happy tourist in the mundane world.

Francis Shieh a.k.a. Xie Shihao, thanks from a poet with fortitude.

Pin Yin for xie shihao maybe "explanation is good" or "slanting eye is OK" in different Chinese characters. Lots of fun but machine translations are leading to astray. "mitu" in Pin Yin.

A lively teacher is a "must" to study the Chinese language. Machine translations would be the blind leading the blind and fall into the trap of misunderstanding or errors galore!
