Online Learning Gains Approval:

The new report reinforces that effective teachers need to incorporate digital content into everyday classes and consider open-source learning management systems which have proven cost effective in colleges nationwide. The US Secretary of Education Arne Duncan said.

However,Online lectures are NOT the same as a classroom presentation especially in learning foreign languages. Person to person contacts are most effective with the face-to-face touch especially learning the Chinese language from empirical evidence.
