BUILDING RAPPORT: The US-China relationship has been improving. It moves us toward a multi-lateral environment that is more constructive. A foreign policy adviser to PacAF Commander General Howie Chandler expressed such view. Two photos were published as the theme. The said exchanges lead to greater cooperation in areas of combating terrorism and defuse international crisis. Such analytical rationale is the same insights as I sent my blogs in the past. USA and China are two great nations on both sides of the Pacific and it is significant that two countries work together in all fields for mutual benefit.
