Laughing to be centenarians for longevity+ other pointers

1. Blueberries are the sources of antioxidants that slow aging and memory decline. Other fruits and veggies are good for our health.

2. Exercising half an hour each day such as walking for physical movements.

3. Think positively and use the brain for teaching or learning as a lifelong student to validate and implement "Work and Study Cycle Theory" www.ask.com.

4. Networking with family and friends for online communications + blogging apropos of happenings in the world.

5. Fish is rich in omega-3s to train function of the brain and prevent Alzheimer's disease.

6. Breathe deeply for minutes, several times a day for fresh air. Enjoy nature with aesthetics.

7. Have faith,hope and love toward others. All folks are teachers and I pose as a student.
