Page A6: China agreed to buy $50 billion bonds ie. SDR from IMF to bolster IMF resources. China used the RMB,Yuan,the currency as the 1st nation to sign an agreement to demonstrate financial clout.

Analysts had expected China to sell some of its more than $2 trillion in foreign exchange reserves to buy IMF bonds in order to reduce its exposures to the US Dollar.
