Education can boost the economy in USA/China

Parade Magazine,Sept.20, 2009 published the following:

President Obama has pledged $12 billion to community colleges over 10 years. Data suggest that increasing the number of Americans with a degree would help our economy recover faster and help the US recover its competitive edge.

"Congressional Record " published "The Future of Community Colleges" dated July 18, 1974 with a vision in the 20th century for the 21st century.
