Promoting good health(wellness) in US and China

Technology has changed the face of health care. Once relegated only to the hospitals or medical center, today advanced technology is now coming into homes and helping patients stay connected to medical care right from homes. Using a system called Health Buddy, a patient can check in with health care provider daily by using a small box hooked up to his phone line. By answering a series of simple prompts and using plug-ins such as blood pressure cuffs, scale, or heart rate monitors, patients can manage chronic health conditions with fewer doctor's visits.
In China, from CCTV-4 News, community centers are established for patients to go to community center to save cost with convenience.
Either in USA or in China, folks are better served by the new ways to maintain health so that we can live to be centenarians. However,it may not be optimal for folks with poor health, they would need caregivers. Such costs may be high in the 21st century. If the cold weather makes it difficult to exercise outside, consider using a mini stationary bike in the USA but folks may be brave to go out to ride real bikes in China. Folks are folks and folks have common interest to keep good health under varied conditions. I just heard from WTOP radio broadcast Ad about Tiger Balm which may be used as a panacea for all kinds discomfort to keep virus away(sic). Tiger Balm brand is very well known in China and Asian nations. It is good to know that such product is marketing now in USA for American consumers. Francis Shieh a.k.a.
