Legal Holiday: Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Dr. King is the religious and civil leader of Civil Rights Movement for racial harmony. I salute him for his dreams to come true for all Americans as our rights in 2008 and beyond... In China,a harmonious society is stressed for the wellbeing of PRC with my endorsement as well. China has joined international community for all endeavors as we have known for religious policies and statement of leaders to be aware of such needs for all citizens. Cf. Washington Post,January 20, 2008 on page A21. Freedom of Religion is part and parcel for harmony of all folks in spirituality.
On C-Span Radio this morning,I heard the presentation of the President of Brookings Institution, former Deputy Secretary of State(1994-2001) on his book,"The Experiment" He stresses globalization to be necessary to try to solve problems in the future by the next president of the United States with the existing United Nations. Both USA and China are permanent members of the Security Council of UN and both nations must work for the best interest of member nations for peace and development. I would support such objectives as a lifelong student of international economics. Francis Shieh a.k.a. Xie Shihao on Monday,January 21, 2008.
