Altho the internet might have started in the USA and was English -based. US no longer has the largest number of Internet users. China does with 298 million users to the US 220 million. About 90% of the Chinese users prefer content in the Chinese language. Such was published by the Washington Post,April 30,09 on page 20 of Prince Georges Section.
