Sleep is very significant for Americans and Chinese alike

When we expect to maintain our human capital of health,we need to have good sleep. It is essential for our physical body to promote alertness,memory and performance. Such issue has to be on the radar screen all the time on daily basis. Folks may be more interested in TV or to be online with cafffeine products. All of which lead to difficulty falling asleep, nightmares and disruptions.

I have a habit to make bedtime the same time every night i.e. from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Seven hours may be sufficient for octogenarians. I deem sleep as a positive and relaxing experience without daily activities. Some count the numbers to fall to sleep others say prayers. I have my mantra: Faith,Hope and Love as my routine belief in our mundane world.
