As Western foods and lifestyle habits traverse the globe, countries long known for leanness are now facing an obesity epidemic - one that has developed even more quickly than it did in the USA. Diet is changing in China from low-fat plant based diet to the increases in red meat,animal fat and total fat consumption which are linked to geater overweight. As an ironic twist, Western countries are now highlighting the traditional Asian diet and active lifestyle" My comment: more folks in USA appreciate Chinese food and would ride bikes for saving fuel and health.
Here we can detect the East is learning from the West and vice versa in re globalization for exchanges apropos of all homosapiens. Any comments?
