Washpost,Oct.2, 2007 Business section D1

As China opens,US lobbyists get ready to move in:Henry Kissinger played the role for diplomatic relations with China under Nixon Administration. Kissinger and I were colleague at the RAND Corporation in 1964-65. He was an consultant and I was a member of the staff in the Economics Department. I published "A Glimpse of the Chinese Language" in 1965 on page 8 hinting the Pin Yin and the need for China to join the world community and the role of USA to have communication with China. Kissinger went to China in 1971 before Nixon did in 1972. Well,I played a role as a scholar to promote US-China relations with my modest vision as empirical evidence today.
